Lindsay's going to jail for 90 days. And we just don't care.
This video of her crying in court is kinda funny tho.
And we did find these two bits of gossipy details especially entertaining [via Jezebel, TMZ]:
- As Lindsay entered the courthouse, a process server tried to hand her papers related to another lawsuit over an unpaid clothing bill, but she "freaked out" so he dropped the documents by her feet, which apparently counts. [TMZ]
- Meanwhile, Danny DeVito was spotting heading into the same courthouse as Lindsay to serve jury duty. [TMZ]
