This past week (JAN 24th-28th)
This week was CRAZY! Here's the run-down:
MONDAY - We went downtown to MUSTACHE MONDAYS @ LA CITA to hear guest DJ NGUZUNGUZU and he and DJ TOTAL FREEDOM turned it out. We danced and sweat like there was no tomorrow, then headed back to WeHo to help close down THERAPY MONDAYS @ FUBAR and hung out with DJ NELSTAR and gorgeous hostesses DETOX and RHEA LITRE.
TUESDAY - Am I crazy or did we sit next to TILA TEQUILA at MR. BLACK @ BARDOT. This just added to how amazing the night was...not only was it the amazing Glamazon LEXI LEVINTHAL'S birthday, but the world famous DJ DAVID BANGELA was spinning his ass off while our boy JOSH PEACE was off this week. Big thanks to LUKE NERO for treating us like we were rock stars.
WEDNESDAY - 2 words: STRIPPER. CIRCUS. How much mid-week fun can one person have?? We'll start by saying that we came in to hear DJ CHI CHI LARUE'S set and ran into L.A.'s favorite missing child CHEYNE HAUK (who's moved to NYC, just-so-you-know). Needless to say, many shots were poured and we were out LATE (we kinda shut the place down...)
THURSDAY: It was the 1st Anniversary of SANCTUARY @ THE ABBEY and we got to hear DJ MANNY LEHMAN spin some new pop remixes, watched RHEA LITRE and guest CARMEN CARRERA (from RuPAUL'S DRAG RACE 3) give SICK perfomances. Seriously, they turned it out. Afterwards, we headed over to BFD @ FUBAR and cruised men like our life was counting on it. And, no, we didn't enter the contest, but did leave with the winner...ahem.
Off to HYPE @ ULTRASUEDE tonight to hang w/ our boy JUSTIN DAVID and maybe swing by DANCE BITCH afterwards to hear RHEA LITRE DJ'ing w/ BILLY FRANCESCA. Should be fun!!
