Liza's "Single Ladies": Just Stop, SATC2!
Seriously, Sex and the City 2, just stop! There are so many reasons why we take back what we said about this movie possibly not being as bad as we thought. Judging from the nine clips that leaked earlier this week, SATC2 is going to be just heinous. And now there's this:
Liza Minelli's "Single Ladies" cover from the soundtrack. Apparently, this song comes from a scene where Liza makes a cameo appearence as the entertainment at Stanford and Anthony's gay wedding. That's right: Two characters who, in the TV series, hated each other the way none but bitchy, insecure gays could—to mostly spectacular comedic affect—are getting married in this movie. And Samantha's going through menopaus. Again. Jeezus.
